Managed fleet monitoring, 24 hours a day
Endeavant's own operators in Lima follow your units in real time, classify every alert and escalate to your company's supervisor with the evidence attached. A service for operations without a monitoring room of their own.
Endeavant's Control Center is a managed monitoring service: our own operators in Lima watch your fleet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, classify every fatigue or collision alert, talk to the cab when needed and escalate to your company's supervisor with the event video. It is optional and quoted separately based on fleet size and hours of coverage.
Service scope
The control center works on the same platform you would see yourself. There is no parallel system: every action one of our operators takes is logged in your account.

Alert handling protocol
The alert queue separates pending, manually handled, automatic and expired events. On each one, the operator runs these steps.

Watch the video from every camera
The alarm clip with speed, time and vehicle status burned in.
Know who was at the wheel
The shift driver already comes with the alert. No spreadsheets to cross-check.
Talk to the cab
Voice message to the vehicle unit, to correct the behavior while it is happening.
Notify the supervisor on WhatsApp
With the event and its evidence, from the same screen.
Mark the alert true or false
False positives stop polluting the driver ranking.
Download evidence in bulk
One MP4 per camera plus the still, for the driver file or the dispute.
Leave a record of the action taken
Who handled it, when and what they did. That is what an audit asks for.
Screenshots come from a demonstration environment: plates, operation names and cab images are simulated data.
Operation by your own team
The Control Center is optional. The platform works the same if you would rather have your own monitoring room operate it — and in that case we train your team to use it.

Frequent questions
Is the 24/7 Control Center included with the cameras?
No. It is a separate service, quoted based on fleet size and the hours of coverage you need. The Endeavant Cloud platform and the equipment work the same without it: the difference is who sits and watches the screen and handles the alerts.
Where are the Control Center operators located?
In Lima, Peru. They are Endeavant's own staff, trained on the platform and on each client's operating criteria — not an outsourced call center.
What happens when an operator detects a fatigue alert?
They review the video from every camera on the vehicle, confirm whether the alert is real or a false positive, talk to the cab over audio if the driver is still at risk, and escalate to your company's supervisor with the evidence attached. Each of those steps is logged with a timestamp and the name of whoever performed it.
Can I start with the Control Center and later move monitoring to my own team?
Yes, and it is common: the Control Center covers the first months while the fleet's alert thresholds are calibrated, and then we train your team to take over. The platform and the history are the same — there is no migration.
Does the Control Center watch my whole fleet or only some vehicles?
You define that when you sign up. It can cover the entire fleet or just one group — long-haul units or a specific contract, for example — and coverage can be 24/7 or limited to the highest-risk shifts.
