Entry-level anti-fatigue system

The Avant 3 is for fleets that need to cover driver behavior without a dedicated recorder, in light and heavy transport. It is the simplest to install, with a path up to the Avant 5 or the Avant 8.

What it detects in the driver

The Avant 3 DMS tracks the driver's face frame by frame and sees at night by infrared, with a photobiological certificate, so the light does not harm the eyes. Here is how AI fatigue detection works.

How it works

From the event in the cab to the report

Avant units process on board, so the in-cab alert does not depend on signal. Every event uploads to Endeavant Cloud with its video and Endeavant's 24/7 Control Center validates it.

Avant 3 FAQ

Does the Avant 3 need a separate recorder?
No. On the Avant 3 the DMS camera itself runs the artificial intelligence and records Full HD 1080p video to its micro SD of up to 256 GB, with an internal speaker and seat vibrator. That is why it is the simplest unit to install in the Avant line: there is no separate recorder to mount or wire.
Can I add the ADAS camera later?
Yes. On the Avant 3 the ADAS anti-collision camera and the cab camera are optional and can be added up to 3 cameras. With ADAS on the windshield, the unit adds forward collision and lane departure warnings. If you later need blind spots, side or reverse cameras, the next step is the Avant 5.
How does the driver learn about the alert?
The Avant 3 warns the driver with a voice message from the internal speaker and the 12 V or 24 V vibration motor under the seat, at the moment of the event. Thresholds, sensitivity and voice prompts are set per fleet. The event uploads with its video to Endeavant Cloud, where the 24/7 Control Center validates it.
How long does installation take?
Installing the Avant 3 takes two to three hours per vehicle, with Endeavant technicians across northern, central and southern Peru. The unit sits on the dashboard facing the driver, in a bolted metal housing, and thresholds, sensitivity and voice prompts are set up the same day.
Does the Avant 3 work without signal and at night?
Yes to both. The Avant 3 processes on board, so the in-cab alert is the same with or without coverage; without signal, the video stays on the micro SD with time and position and uploads to Endeavant Cloud when signal returns. At night the DMS sees by infrared with a photobiological certificate, without harming the driver's eyes.
